Rules and Information
Beginner: For youth 14 years old and younger who are just starting out and have limited showing experience.
Open: For adults and youth who have experience showing.
Open division and mini division is pending NAN currently. Upon approval, a NAN card will be given to the first and second placings in each class.
Mini classes are open to model Paddock Pals/Lil Bit size and under.
OF(original finish) refers to models that are as-is from the factory with no modifications.
CM (custom) refers to a model that has had alterations such as repainting, repositioning or has been haired or a sculpted mane and tail added.
AR (artist resin) refers to a resin casting that has been uniquely hand painted by an artist, owner or hobbyist.
Classes are limited to 3 models per exhibitor. If you have more models, you may put them on the table with $1 next to each additional model.
Classes may be split or combined as needed.
Champion and Reserve will be chosen from 1st and 2nd place class models. Those selected as Champion and Reserve Champion will come back for Overall Champion and Reserve Champion.
There will be 5 rings showing at the same time. We will call all classes twice, then close. We are not responsible for a missed entry.
Each exhibitor will have a full table as space allows.
Tagging your models:
Breed information: You are more than welcome to place breed information next to your model if it is an unusual breed. You will not be judged on your information, however, it is nice to see that you know what your breed is and that the model represents it.
Showing etiquette:
Each individual is responsible for their own property loss/damage/personal injury. The show committee or facility is not responsible.
When your entry form and fee is received, you will receive an email confirming your reservation for the show.
PRIZES
Each exhibitor will receive an entry free of charge for various items donated. We will do various drawings throughout the day.
We will have a lunch break during the show. If lunch is not available on the show grounds, sufficient time will be given to order and pick up food or have it delivered to the show hall. A list of possible food sources will be available at the show.

Tagging your models:
- Exhibitors are to supply their own tags.
- On one side of the hanging tag, write your horse’s name and your initials. On the other side of the tag, write your horse’s breed and gender.
- Each exhibitor will use their initials on their tags. Make sure your initials are checked in when you arrive.
- Each model will have a tag attached to it, preferably around a standing leg. With minis, you may lay your tag next to your model so as not to tip the model.
Breed information: You are more than welcome to place breed information next to your model if it is an unusual breed. You will not be judged on your information, however, it is nice to see that you know what your breed is and that the model represents it.
Showing etiquette:
- Place your models on the table and give sufficient space between your model and others.
- Do not move or touch other exhibitor’s models. Respect each other’s property and their surroundings
- No “horsin’ around” the “barns” or “rings”. We do not want to bump a table and have an accident that could be preventable.
- Judges opinions are final. Remember that everyone has an opinion and that we can all have a different opinion.
- Common courtesy is required at all times during the show.
- No alcohol, no smoking or any other vice allowed on the school property.
- No firearms are allowed on the school property.
- Please pick up after yourself. Leave the area as clean as it was when you arrived.
